You should be able to see why a role is here.
The site publishes from a bounded shared job inventory and keeps the original employer source as the authority.
Source hierarchy
The employer's career page or applicant tracking system is authoritative. Aggregators can help discover a source, but they do not overwrite richer direct evidence.
What qualifies
A firm page appears only when it has an active role or a live careers source. This surface focuses on roles employed by venture firms. Portfolio-company jobs are kept separate because they answer a different question.
Freshness
Every listing carries the last time its source was checked. Closed or incomplete roles can retain a recovery page for people following an old link, but recovery pages are not eligible for search indexing.
Google job data
JobPosting structured data is emitted only when the role is active and includes a description and posting date. Incomplete list-only records remain useful on browse pages without pretending they meet Google's requirements.
Generated pages
Function-and-city pages publish only when at least three useful current roles clear the threshold. If supply falls below that floor, the page stops publishing.
