Get your firm's careers board read
For people hiring at a venture firm: what we need, what we check, and what appears once your board is verified.
3 min read · Updated August 22, 2026If you hire at a venture firm, an accelerator or a venture studio and your roles are not on this board, it is almost always because we have not found or verified your source yet.
What to send
Send one thing: the URL of the page where you publish roles. That can be
- your own
/careerspage, - your Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable board,
- or a Notion or Airtable page, if that is genuinely where you publish.
Send it through the partnerships form with your firm's name. An address at your firm's domain speeds up verification considerably.
What we check before anything publishes
- That the board belongs to your firm. We match it to the organization record, which means the domain, the branding and, where possible, a link from your own site.
- That your organization is in scope. Venture capital firms, micro funds, corporate venture arms, venture studios, accelerators, network funds and government venture organizations. Private equity investment hiring is out of scope; back-office roles that appear on a real board are not.
- That the roles are at the firm itself. Portfolio-company roles are excluded from this board, including from a mixed board. If your board carries both, we read only your own.
Only once the source is marked verified does anything from it publish.
What you get
- Your open roles on the board, each linking to your own application.
- A firm page carrying your name, logo, type and current openings.
- Your roles included in the level, function, city and country pages they qualify for.
- Structured data on eligible role pages, which is what lets a role appear in Google's job results.
None of that costs anything, and no firm can pay to appear, to rank higher or to be described more warmly.
What we will not do
We do not accept a spreadsheet of roles, an email of roles, or a feed you maintain for us. We read the page you already maintain for candidates. If that page changes, the board follows it. That is the whole design: there is no second copy of your roles to go stale.
